Accessible For All Skills and Fitness Levels
Working out is way more fun when there’s a basketball in your hands!  Hop in a class and experience how hoops brings us together.  Our workouts are meant for EVERYONE.  No matter your skill or fitness level, you will instantly feel the camaraderie and group support from everyone in the gym.  Classes are carefully constructed of limited/no-contact basketball drills that will make sure you leave the gym drenched in sweat and feeling good!

Reap the Rewards
The calorie burn is insane.  You will burn 600 – 1000 calories in a single class! In addition to the burn, you will see overall gains in athleticism, conditioning, mental health and more!

Game Time
Each session begins with a progressive basketball warm-up and mobility work.  As soon as the bodies are primed, the music turns up and so will your heart rate!  The next level of the workout pushes into a HIIT basketball stations,  comprised of: individual skill work, shooting competitions and a variety of hoops-themed movements challenges.

Typical Schedule
5:50AM: Doors Open.  Lace up.
6:00AM, Level I: Mobility Routine + Dynamic Basketball Warm Up.
6:10-6:20AM, Level II-III: Full court ball-handling, layups and shooting.
6:25-6:55AM, Level IV-V: Basketball HIIT Stations.
6:55-7:00AM, Level I-II: Cool down/Optional shooting

Thursdays, 6:00-7:00AM @ Sachs Center
Classes begin August 1st.
